Rule of Law Index International Organization

The Rule of Law Index is released annually by the World Justice Project (WJP), an independent, multidisciplinary organization. The index measures countries' adherence to the rule of law across nine factors including government accountability, civil and criminal justice, regulatory enforcement, and civil rights. While Amnesty International and the UN Commissioner for Human Rights work on justice and human rights issues, they do not produce the Rule of Law Index specifically. The International Court of Justice is a judicial body, not a research organization publishing this index.
