Answer
c

4 only

d

1, 3 and 4

Explanation

Acid rain is exclusively caused by emissions of Sulphur dioxide (SO2) and Nitrogen oxides (NOx). When these gases react with water, oxygen, and other chemicals in the atmosphere, they form highly corrosive sulfuric and nitric acids. Carbon monoxide and Ozone do not form acid rain.

Acid rain chemistry relies entirely on the oxidation of Sulfur and Nitrogen into their respective atmospheric acids.
